EULA - End User License Agreement

* The "Hara-Kiri" application is shareware. The term for using the application
in Demo-mode is 30 days. After that you must either register this program or
delete it from your computer hard drive.

* Demo mode of the product has a restriction - probability of normal operation
is 0.5.

* A user has a right to pass the distributive to another user as a whole and
unmodified for using in demo mode.

* The registered users are guaranteed to receive new and updated product
versions gratis during 1 year.

* The registered users have the right to permanently obtain free technical
consultations by e-mail.

* The registered users have the right to use ONLY ONE copy of the program
per licence.

* Any product modifications are FORBIDDEN!

* "Hara-Kiri" IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHORS WILL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY
OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
